We are pleased to announce that PR Legal has contributed to the chapter on Serbia in the 5th edition of the Legalink Guidelines for Contracts with Public Authorities. These Guidelines provide a comprehensive overview of public procurement laws and practices across different jurisdictions.

In our chapter, we present an analysis of key aspects of public procurement regulations in Serbia, including relevant regulations, procedures, and recent legislative changes.
