Ivan holds the position of Of Counsel at PR Legal, contributing his expertise on a project basis.
Graduating from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in 2004, Ivan brings 20 years of professional experience to his role. His primary areas of focus include collateral law, credit-debtor relations, real estate law, corporate law, and banking & finance.
Ivan has amassed extensive experience in banking & finance, having served as legal counsel in renowned banks in Serbia. He played a key role in some of the most complex projects involving loan corporate financing, project financing, and restructuring. Notably, as a Senior Legal Counsel in one of the prominent banks in Serbia, in 2018 his team was recognized in the Legal 500 as one of the most prominent legal teams.
His expertise extends to real estate law, with a particular focus on property matters, project-financed real estate investments, and mortgages as collateral.
Fluent in English, Ivan enhances communication and collaboration, ensuring effective engagement with clients and contributing to seamless interactions in international contexts.
