Bojana has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2017 and Trademark and Patent Attorney since 2018. With extensive expertise in Intellectual Property Law, she is well-versed in areas such as Trademark Law, Patent Law, Copyright and Related Rights Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Civil Law, and Dispute Resolution.
She has built a reputation for providing high-level strategic advice to companies, right holders, and authors on complex Intellectual Property matters and broader business legal issues. She advises a diverse range of clients, including companies, right holders and authors on a variety of IP matters, as well on general business activities and contracting. She is skilled in developing and protecting IP assets, including trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, know-how, and trade secrets, helping clients stay competitive in their industries. She also handles complex IP infringement cases and prepares complex IP due dilligence reports. She has developed industry-specific expertise in the food and beverages, pharmaceutical, and plant protection sectors.
Over the years, Bojana has contributed on various international and national projects for improvement of business environment. This has an extensive knowledge of legal and institutional framework, roles of key actors and other relevant stakeholders at the national and local level in business related sectors.
Bojana is a graduate of the Faculty of law, University in Belgrade, holding an LL.M degree in Public International Law. She is fluent in English.
