On May 3, 2023, our Managing Partners Ivana Ružičić and Milan Petrović had the opportunity and honor to visit the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade and give another lecture to the students within the Case Study course. The subject matter of the lecture was Evidentiary procedure and means of evidence in litigation proceeding, and the students had the opportunity to find themselves in the role of a judge, i.e, to pass a judgement in one of the analyzed cases, based on the presented evidence.

In addition to getting acquainted with the case law, the aim of the respective lecture was to introduce young colleagues to the specifics of the evidentiary procedure which they will encounter in the future.
