Last week, after two years, our managing partners Ivana Ružičić and Milan Petrović had the immense pleasure to hold another live lecture at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, within the Moot Court and Case Study course. The subject matter of the lecture was “Evidentiary procedure and means of evidence in litigation proceeding”, and the students had the opportunity to find themselves in the role of a judge, i.e, to “pass a judgement” in one of the analyzed cases, based on the presented evidence.

In addition to getting acquainted with the case law, the aim of the respective lecture was to introduce young colleagues to the specifics of the evidentiary procedure which they will encounter in the future.
