Milana is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, and holds an LL.M degree in Labour and Social Law. She has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2015.
With nearly ten years of experience in the legal field, Milana has gained broad expertise in various legal areas, particularly in labor law. She provides legal counsel and representation to both domestic and international clients, including individuals and legal entities, offering tailored solutions to suit their needs.
In labor law, Milana represents employers and employees before courts and other state bodies. Her work includes preparing individual and general employer acts, assisting with collective agreements, and helping resolve disputes through negotiations. She also advises on employment termination procedures and a wide range of other labor-related matters.
In 2017, Milana passed the Public Procurement Officer exam, expanding her legal expertise. She regularly advises contracting authorities and bidders on the preparation of procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Milana also assists clients in protecting their rights within the public procurement process, providing valuable guidance through this complex legal area.
